Our Mission

To deliver a trauma-informed, evidence-based theraputic live-in program for adolescent children with complex needs, utilizing Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and individualized therapeutic services to promote emotional regulation, relational healing, and successful transition to stable family or community settings.

Our Vision

At Thryve, we envision a model of holistic and transformative care where every child is met with safety, dignity, and the chance to rediscover their inherent worth. In a sanctuary of healing, children are supported in growing emotionally, cognitively, physically, socially, and spiritually through deeply attuned, whole-person care. Through strong partnerships with families, communities, and care teams, we nurture connection, creativity, regulation, and advocacy. By honoring each child’s voice and celebrating growth, we guide them toward lives of resilience, belonging, and purpose.

What We Do

Thryve Project Alliance provides high-level, trauma-informed care for youth who have experienced trauma, disrupted attachment, or multiple placements. We serve as a bridge to healing, stability, and successful transition to family-like or independent living.

Our care model is grounded in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)—offering youth personalized therapeutic support in a home-like setting that prioritizes emotional safety, regulation, and relational healing.
